Q: What's the difference between Peace Plan and Peace Plus Plan?

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

For iOS users:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Peaceful
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select Peaceful
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Q: How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google:

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds directly. All purchases are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Q: How do I restore my purchases?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices:

  1. Open the Peaceful app
  2. Go to Profile/Settings
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase

Your subscription should be automatically restored. If you continue to have issues, contact us at dev@peacefulmeditationapp.com.

Account & Privacy

Q: How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the Peaceful app
  2. Go to Profile/Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, streaks, and data will be deleted within 30 days.

Usage Questions

Q: Can children use Peaceful?

Peaceful is designed for adults aged 18+. However, our content is family-friendly, and parents or caregivers may use the app to guide meditation sessions with children under their direct supervision.

Important: We do not create separate accounts for children or collect personal information from children under 13. Parents are solely responsible for determining what content is appropriate for children in their care.

Q: Can I download meditations for offline use?

Currently, meditations are streamed online. Audio may be temporarily cached for smoother playback, but full offline downloads are not available at this time.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended) for the best experience.

Q: How do I track my meditation progress?

Peaceful automatically tracks:

View your progress in the Tracking tab within the app.

Q: Can I use Peaceful on multiple devices?

Yes! Sign in with the same account on any device (iOS, Android, or web) to access your meditations and sync your progress across all platforms.

Technical Issues

Q: The app won't play audio/video. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Make sure your device volume is turned up
  3. Close and restart the app
  4. Update to the latest version of Peaceful
  5. Restart your device
