Important: Peaceful is designed for adults aged 18 and older. Our service features family-friendly meditation and wellness content that parents and caregivers may choose to guide with children under their supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2.1 Personal Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address, display name, and password when you create an account
- Profile Data: Age preference, category preference (Kids/Adults), and optional profile customization
- Payment Information: Subscription details processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store (we do not directly collect or store payment card information)
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Meditation sessions completed, progress tracking, streaks, and session duration
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version
- Streaming Data: HTTPS streaming of audio and video content (no downloads stored locally)
2.3 Information We DO NOT Collect
- Microphone or audio recordings
- Location data
- Camera or photos
- Push notification tokens (we do not send push notifications)
- Personal information from children under 13
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Create and manage your account
- Track your meditation progress, streaks, and achievements
- Process and manage your subscription through RevenueCat
- Provide customer support
- Ensure the security and integrity of our Service

We use the following trusted third-party service providers:
- Supabase: Database and authentication services (secure cloud hosting)
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchase processing
- Apple/Google: Payment processing through App Store and Google Play
- Cloudflare: Content delivery for streaming audio and video
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Share data with advertisers or marketing platforms
- Use third-party analytics or tracking services

- Data stored at rest is encrypted
- Authentication uses industry-standard secure protocols

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance.

Parents and caregivers may use the Service to guide meditation sessions with children under their direct supervision, but we do not create separate accounts for children or collect their personal data.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA requirements.
