Important: Peaceful is designed for adults aged 18 and older. Our service features family-friendly meditation and wellness content that parents and caregivers may choose to guide with children under their supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Account Information: Email address, display name, and password when you create an account
Profile Data: Age preference, category preference (Kids/Adults), and optional profile customization
Payment Information: Subscription details processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store (we do not directly collect or store payment card information)

Usage Data: Meditation sessions completed, progress tracking, streaks, and session duration
Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version
Streaming Data: HTTPS streaming of audio and video content (no downloads stored locally)

2.3 Information We DO NOT Collect

Microphone or audio recordings
Location data
Camera or photos
Push notification tokens (we do not send push notifications)
Personal information from children under 13

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

Track your meditation progress, streaks, and achievements
Process and manage your subscription through RevenueCat

Supabase: Database and authentication services (secure cloud hosting)
RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchase processing
Apple/Google: Payment processing through App Store and Google Play

We do NOT:

Share data with advertisers or marketing platforms
Use third-party analytics or tracking services

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
