How to View Your Subscription
📱 For iOS Users (iPhone/iPad)
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your name at the top of the screen
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Peaceful to view your subscription details

🤖 For Android Users
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Peaceful to view your subscription details

How to Upgrade or Downgrade
To switch between Peace Plan and Peace Plus Plan:
Changing Your Plan
- Follow the steps above to view your subscription
- Tap on your current Peaceful subscription
- Select "See All Plans" or "Change Plan"
- Choose your new plan (Peace Plan or Peace Plus)
- Confirm the change
Note: When upgrading, you'll be charged the difference immediately. When downgrading, the new price takes effect at your next billing date.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
📱 iOS Cancellation
- Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Select Peaceful
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Access continues: You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
🤖 Android Cancellation
- Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
- Select Peaceful
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Access continues: You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Billing & Renewal
- Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Payment Method: Charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account
- Price Changes: You'll be notified 30 days before any price changes take effect
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by Peaceful:
Requesting a Refund
For iOS users:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Peaceful subscription purchase
- Click "Report a Problem" and select "Request a refund"
- Explain your reason for the refund request
For Android users:
- Visit play.google.com/store/account
- Find your Peaceful subscription
- Click "Request a refund"
- Follow the prompts to complete your request
Important: We cannot process refunds directly. All refund decisions are made by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
Restore Purchases
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices and your subscription isn't showing:
- Open the Peaceful app
- Go to Profile (tap the profile icon at the bottom)
- Scroll to the "Purchases" section
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe
Your subscription should be restored automatically. If you continue having issues, contact us at dev@peacefulmeditationapp.com.
